Cradle Of Filth also like to use a mixture of soft and harsh sounds. For this reason they utilise a male screamo singer and a female soprano for duets. This juxtaposition has come to be the signature sound for the band. Their lyrics tend to include horror and fantasy imagery.

Manowar

Manorwar are focused on the medieval battles of the past. Their music is full of references to this form of combat. They like to make their fans feel like soldiers on a battlefield. Their epic lyrics reflect this intention.
